Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Engagement Terms

Nubii Consulting offers a performance-based growth consulting service. Our standard engagement includes a 90-day program with the objective of delivering 50 paying users to your product.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we fail to deliver 50 paying users within the 90-day engagement period, we refund 100% of your $500 setup fee. This guarantee covers the setup fee only and does not include any per-user fees for users delivered before the deadline.

Infrastructure Access

To execute our growth strategy, you agree to provide Nubii Consulting with read-only access to relevant infrastructure including Google Analytics, Stripe, or other analytics and payment systems. This access is used solely to track performance and optimize your growth initiatives.

User Definitions

"Paying users" are defined as users who have completed a payment transaction for your product. This includes trial users who convert to paid status within the engagement period.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nubii Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

Nubii Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
